This position will report to Report to Master Data Supervisor, the Master Data Analyst’s main goals are to ensure plant’s New Product Introduction and production volume delivery objectives through systems parametrization (collection data, model data, bill of materials, routing, color recipe, spare parts), performing product cost analysis, doing methods-time measurement, creating and modifying processes in the system when necessary, establishing management system and KPIs, training.

You will be working closely with several departments including Technical Office, Tool Shop, Process Engineering, Production, Quality, Planning and Cost Accounting for production & NPI performance, product development & qualification, and many other initiatives.

My day at EssilorLuxottica

• Create and maintain Engineering (PLM) / Production Bills of Materials (SAP)
• Create and maintain Material code, Material Master Data and spare part code.
• Create and maintain routing and operation phase.
• Ensure BOMs /Routing are up-to-date and reflect any design changes, process change and cross-functional teams [design, purchasing, manufacturing, quality, planning] to resolve BOM related issued.
• Be a participate to get problem relate and coordinate to fix the problems.
• Ensures that work and processes comply with company policies and management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and others, if applicable.
• Others assigned by supervisor.

Must have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical engineering, Industrial engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in BOM management
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Experience with BOM management , SAP systems and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management)
• Proficiency in drawing for understanding engineering drawings. and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management)
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skill in English
