You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support machine installation, optimization, troubleshooting, automation, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
My Day at EssilorLuxottica

Lead machine installation, setup, commissioning, and validation with Production, Quality, and EHS teams.

Improve machine performance, equipment reliability, yield, OEE, and productivity through process optimization and continuous improvement.

Troubleshoot, repair, modify, and optimize production machines to minimize downtime and improve manufacturing efficiency.

Review PLC programs, electrical systems, and machine control systems to support production and ensure stable machine operation.

Develop and maintain SOPs, PCPs, machine documentation, and engineering standards, ensuring all changes are properly controlled and updated.

Investigate machine and process issues using structured problem-solving tools and implement effective corrective and preventive actions. Support spare parts management, and engineering documentation to improve equipment reliability.

Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and EHS teams to ensure safe, stable, and efficient manufacturing operations.

Ensure compliance with company policies and management systems and engineering safety standards.
Must have
-
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Manufacturing, Equipment, Process, or Maintenance Engineering.

Experience with machine installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and process improvement.

Knowledge of PLC, electrical systems, machine controls, and industrial automation.

Strong analytical, structured problem-solving skills

Good command of English, both spoken and written.
