Responsibilities:

• Manage and support daily test operations, including tester bring-up, GR&R studies, correlation analysis and reporting, and continuous improvement of test issues.
• Perform regular tester maintenance to ensure reliability and minimize downtime.
• Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and conduct training sessions for operators on proper test equipment operation.
• Analyze and reduce retest rates through root cause identification and corrective actions.
• Track, monitor, and optimize TIL (Test Improvement List) to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Execute tasks and projects as instructed by leadership in alignment with departmental objectives.
• Prepare and manage technical documentation and reports, including tester readiness checks, firmware dry-run reports, and other required paperwork.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Computer, or related field).
• 10+ years’ experience in test engineering, electronics manufacturing, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with tester bring-up, correlation, and GR&R.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to drive improvements.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar quality improvement tools is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with production and leadership teams.
