My day at EssilorLuxottica

• Manage daily shipping operations and oversee warehouse operators in the free zone. (more than 50 headcount)
• Ensure all inbound and outbound activities (receiving, picking, storage, packaging, and shipping) are completed on schedule to meet KPI targets.
• Possess strong knowledge of warehouse storage systems and actively seek opportunities for improvements.
• Provide training and track operator performance in a structured and consistent manner.
• Address problems and drive process optimization for enhanced efficiency.
• Maintained a clean and organized warehouse environment by adhering to 5S standards and following EHS protocols.
• Demonstrated a strong understanding of quality control and the potential impact of process changes.
• Foster clear and effective communication with relevant departments
• Develop expertise in international trade and logistics regulations, including INCOTERMS, KPIs, and Import & Export processes, as well as Thailand Customs laws, requirements, and standard operating procedures

Must have

• Proven experience in managing Free Trade Zone Customs operations.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a multinational company.
• Good in both written and spoken English.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experienced with SAP systems, particularly for warehouse management and storage functions.
• Strong knowledge of lean production principles.
• Knowledge of project management concepts
• Good mindset and logic for the supply chain concept
• Good people management and motivation management skills
• Strong understanding and logical approach to supply chain concepts.
• Effective people management skills with the ability to motivate and lead teams.
• Demonstrates a proactive approach to work.
