As a planner is the control tower of DC department, need daily monitor all KPI and performance was on tracking or some potential risk impact the logistics service .need stronger powerful to push team achieved the budget. Monthly plan and monitor the HC meet the capacity base on supply chain forecast.  The cost under budget and explain the reason if any over.

 

My day at EssilorLuxottica

  • Scheduling the short-term (daily) and medium-term (weekly and monthly) activities in order to achieve a state of the art allocation of human resources into the different processes running in the Logistics plant; 
  • Overseeing the main Logistics KPIs (productivity, lead time, service level, back order, etc.), report results on a daily/weekly basis and deep them dive in order to make sure targets are achieved; 
  • Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define capacity planning objective and develop strategies to meet organizational goals. 
  • Conduct capacity assessments to identify current and future needs, considering factors such as demand fluctuations, growth projections, and operational constrains. 
  • Recommend resource allocation plans to optimize capacity utilization and mitigate risk. 
  • Report the potential risk to manager and take actions.

 

Must have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial or Management 
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in a multinational company 
  • Experience in Logistics Operations 
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English 
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (usage of pivot is a must) 
  • KPI driven mindset 
  • Remarkable communication skills 
  • Strong logical thinking and problem solving.
