My day at EssilorLuxottica
- Responsible in LOFT Training system and Direct assignment to sustainability the Loft training system to be efficient.
- Trainer, Training the New comer package (Bronze level) to all employee as working in the ELTL lab.
- Trainer, Training the Train the trainer (Bronze level) to new Trainer promoted as working in the ELTL lab. To support trainer about training methodology under LOFT training system.
- Trainer, Training the Train the Coach (Bronze level) to new Leader promoted as working in the ELTL lab. To support Leader about training methodology under LOFT training system.
- Suggestion, Training, Coaching, Coordinate and Follow up the Trainer & the Leader about training. In order to give the positive and corrective feedback about the training and skill evaluation.
- Planning and Providing the LOFT-Silver certificate ceremony event to diploma to employees that passed and success in the LOFT training.
- Coordination and follow up the result of skill after operator passed the Loft training by skill matrix file.
- Lead and involved to reviews, revise, improvement the training document in Training module together with concerned department to be up to date for the LOFT Training document.
- Do the daily / monthly report for the training data and LOFT activities and also have keep communicating with the plant and LOFT-Zone team.
- Record the training into the training tracking system such as Air loft, Training consolidation, Skill matrix.
- To ensure the training system is corresponding with EHS (Environment, Health, Safety ) policy.
- To ensure the training system is corresponding with Quality policy.
- Promote Essilorluxottica culture and values.
- Promoting, supporting to saving the energy to responding the company policy.
- Other assignment following the superior.
Must have
- Education Bachelor degree in related field.
- 5 years of experience in the industrial manufacturing
- Computer skill ( MS Office )
- English communication ( Speaking, Reading, Listening )
- Customer oriented with flexibility & adaptable to the uncertainty of the daily manufacturing environment.
- Trainer and coach mindset.
- Flexible and able to work through ambiguities.
- Application to make information or promotion board
- Graphic design, VDO creator
- Presentation skill
- Trainer experience
- Training document and procedure
