Reporting to Head of HR APAC and GC and functional report to Head of Operations. Site HR Business Partner main goals are partnering with leadership team and key stakeholders, translate business strategy to people strategy. Be responsible for implementing HR priorities in the perimeter.

To partner with key stakeholders in driving and implementing organizational design, transformation, change management, talent management, total rewards, workforce planning, employee engagement and employee relation strategies and policies

To lead the improvement initiatives in the regional office

To ensure compliance of corporate policies and guidelines

To drive the employee engagement initiatives in the regional office.

To identify and implement HR Policy and activities to comply with Corporate strategy and directions

To collaborate with key stakeholders to improve HR process efficiency and to ensure HR Operational Excellence.

To lead and to develop a team of HRBPs and Mobility
Must have
-
Superior organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and anticipate the needs of multiple client groups
-
Demonstrated ability to influence mangers on change initiatives and to deal with ambiguity
-
Solid ability to use initiatives, seek out information and problem solving
-
5-10 years of working experience in multinational company or Manufacturing company and at least a few years in HRBP role
-
International experience and have a strong cultural dexterity.

Good knowledge of local Thai Labor law and other related legislation. Working experience in labor and industrial relations including managing union, Thai labor challenges, and government official networking.

Good communication skill. Native Thai with a good command in English

Strong leadership in matrix organization
