We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Export Sales Representative to join our dynamic export team for Omega Optix lenses and help us grow internationally.
Omega Optix s.r.o., part of the EssilorLuxottica group, is a Czech manufacturer and distributor of spectacle lenses with nearly thirty years of industry experience. The production lab in Brandýs nad Labem is one of the most modern laboratories in Europe.
As an Export Sales Representative, you'll help us strengthen our position in key markets including the UK, Poland and the Nordics. You will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key partners and distributors, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring seamless collaboration across internal teams.

Main responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth across assigned markets, focusing on the UK, Poland, and the Nordics
- Build, implement, and review regional sales strategies in line with company objectives
- Maintain and deepen relationships with key partners; plan and conduct regular meetings and visits.
- Set targets, monitor market trends, maintain accurate sales data, and identify risks and opportunities.
- Proactively seek out new customers and business opportunities.
- Work closely with Marketing on localized campaigns and communications.
- Cooperate with local agents in established markets.
- Collaborate with Finance to ensure timely payments and healthy customer accounts.
- Track competitor activities and deliver actionable market insights.
- Represent Omega Optix at trade fairs, lab visits, trainings, and other events to promote our products.
Main requirements:
- Proven experience in international B2B sales, ideally in the optical or medical devices sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to reporting and planning.
- Self-motivated, independent, and results-oriented.
- Willingness to travel frequently (mostly within Europe).
- Fluency in English and Czech; other regional languages are a strong advantage.
- Team player personality with a proactive, positive mindset.
