Your role:
The CEE Wholesale Marketing team is looking for an experienced and talented Marketing Leader to take responsibility to develop Medtech/instruments/Stellest, key strategic categories in the CEE region, long term game changer for the company. Reporting to Head of Eyecare x lenses, in a matrix organization, he/she will be collaborating strongly with EMEA and mentoring the countries.
Your responsibilities:
- Implements long term strategy, master plans, and global strategy of this fast pace and highly strategic categories in CEE/Greece.
- Ensures execution of Central guidelines and defines regional & local guidelines. Roadmap providing clear guidelines to the markets on local execution and 360°deployment (Growth Model, Best Practices...). B2B2C approach.
- Ensures that the country teams have the right plans and actions to reach budget (volume and value) for the dedicated categories by mentoring and supporting them.
- Launches all new products on time and on budget by providing coordination with the different customer service / training / commercial / IT teams for product setups
- Coordination of campaign assets and demo tools provided by Central and shares it with the countries, and works with countries to properly activate them in the field
- Communicate the CEE vision at key stakeholders. Keeps tracking & provides follow-up of the implementation of campaigns, assets, demo tools with photos and lists of partners
- Represents the CEE/Greece region and provides the Central and local teams with necessary reporting & consolidated information
- Supports the Budget preparation (volumes and values) by working with the clusters and Business Category Planning
- Implements after-sales support provided by Central (on time, localized content).
- Develop the prescriber/KOL touchpoints and support the countries to organize the most relevant events.
Your profile:
- 5/7+ experience as a Product Manager or Brand management. Ideally local and regional experiences. Medical background is a +.
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in management or equivalent area of study
- Marketing and go to market expertise
- Ability to work on a highly strategic products and categories, game changer for the company.
- Strategic thinking with ability to be also hands-on when necessary
- Ability to work under pressure
- Problem-solving skills, conflict-resolution skills
- Organizational skills, autonomy & dynamism to drive projects forward with flawless attention to detail
- Analytical- and conceptual skills
- English is a Must (professional proficiency required), Czech is preferable
