Your role
The Store Operations Specialist at GrandOptical (part of EssilorLuxottica group) plays a crucial role in supporting the Store Operations Manager & Director, Country Manager & Sales Director, and area Sales Managers in sales-related activities. This position is responsible for coordinating and optimizing daily in-store operations, ensuring the smooth execution of sales-related activities, and bridging communication between stores and headquarters. The goal is to empower stores to deliver exceptional customer service & experience which leads to the sales results growth.
Main responsibilities:
- Stakeholder management: Oversee and assign sales-related topics, projects, and tasks to the relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Project coordination: Lead and integrate sales-related projects to ensure smooth execution and alignment with strategic aims (e.g. Optical & CL VaaS, new systems, and tools implementation/integration etc.), cross-functional & cross-department initiative coordination.
- Sales Process management: Discover opportunities to enhance the efficiency of sales processes and propose strategic enhancements, full ownership, and keep up-to-date existing.
- Staffing and FTE productivity: Participate on the plan setting, Tracking and analyses of all position levels, FTE recruitment status.
- Eye Exam performance & Efficiency: Ensuring proper setup, understanding numbers, create environment & process ownership to maximize efficiency and ECP utilization.
- Lead Teleoptometry across both banners: Strategy, staff scheduling, unit placement, and training.
- Store support: Monitor the level of all kinds of store support - supply management, RFH production, Real Estate / Store maintenance, IT, Customer service, After-sales.
- Store communication & Engagement: Coordinate all communication to stores, platform, frequency, content, ad-hoc, and Ownership of sales contests (plan, targets, conditions, communication, evaluation).
- Sales Incentive programs: Responsible for the execution of the Sales Incentive Programs, setup, communication, reporting, evaluation.
- General Store Ops agenda: Training plan, Asset protection, Shrinkage & Breakage, Stock counts monitoring, Planograms quality & execution, Labelling and Returns plan and monitoring.
- KPI assessment and trend identification: Review and interpret monthly and weekly sales KPIs, spot underlying trends and influential factors, focus on productivity and performance, perform executive summary and recommended actions.
- Handle Sales administrative tasks: Store Manager meetings coordination, weekly/ad-hoc performance analysis, and coordination meetings with ASMs.
- Other opportunity - Exploit B2B: Identify and leverage B2B sales opportunities to expand market reach and drive business growth (out of scope so far – possible future task).
- Supporting Country Manager / Sales Director: Supporting with ad-hoc operational tasks.
Main requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma in Business Administration, Business Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, sales support, or customer service.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Retail background is essential.
- Advanced English.
