Your role 

We are looking for a SAP Operations and Systems Specialist who will act as the key operational link between business departments, system consultants, and external partners, ensuring smooth order flow and efficient resolution of system issues.

In this role, you will monitor and support critical SAP processes (ECC, EWM, OMS), manage blocked orders across multiple channels, and drive the end-to-end resolution of incidents and system errors.

You will also play an active role in testing and implementing new processes, maintaining article master data, and supporting supply chain and logistics teams. Additionally, you will be responsible for training users and ensuring that operations remain aligned, accurate, and optimized at all times.

Main responsibilities:

• Incident & Problem Management
  Monitor, manage, and ensure the permanent resolution of incidents, major issues, and system problems, working closely with internal teams and external consultants.
• Order Flow Monitoring & Issue Resolution
  Ensure smooth end-to-end order processing by monitoring interfaces, managing blocked orders (VMI, Lab Orders, Replenishment, E-commerce), and coordinating resolutions across teams.
• Systems Testing & Implementation
  Gather business requirements, create test scenarios, coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and support the documentation and rollout of new processes.
• SAP System Support (ECC, EWM, OMS)
  Act as the bridge between business units and system teams, supporting SAP environments, monitoring queues, and ensuring seamless order and data processing.
• Master Data Management
  Maintain and improve article master data, ensuring accuracy and alignment between systems, and coordinating updates with OpCo and global teams.
• Supply Chain & Logistics Support
  Support supply and logistics operations, including SO/PO analysis, ASN/IDOC processing, goods receipt/issue (GR/GI), and warehouse (WMS) related activities.
• Operational Monitoring & Batch Jobs
  Perform daily monitoring of batch jobs, stock alignment (ECC/EWM), production flows (SAP PP), and system interfaces to ensure operational continuity.
• Training & Continuous Improvement
  Train users on SAP ECC, support process optimization initiatives, and contribute to the development and implementation of new logistics and warehouse processes.

Main requirements:

• English is a must, Spanish nice to have
• 3-5 years experience in SAP ECC and EWM.
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management
• MS Office Pack
