Your role

We are looking for a Quality Engineer Intern to join our team.

Main responsibilities:

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement in quality and processes.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with production supervisors, operators, and maintenance teams to address quality issues and ensure smooth workflows.
• Support the implementation of process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain quality-related documentation, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
• Use advanced tools like Excel and other software (PowerBI) to create detailed reports and dashboards.
• Participate in cross-functional teams for innovation and improvement initiatives.

Main requirements:

• Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, macros, data visualization).
• Proficiency in Power BI, with experience in building reports, dashboards, and visualizing data for decision-making.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams.
• Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Flexibility and adaptability to manage changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
