Your role
As the Sales Executive, you will be responsible to achieve sales targets and deliver growth of sales & create a new customer by regularly visiting customers inorder to provide best in class service, maintain relationship, maximizing call cycle based on customer profile and the Essilor Luxottica Loyalty program. Also you will execute brand strategies, maintaining the established of standards for pre & after sales, also customers problem solving, and merchandising.
Main responsibilities:
- Achieves monthly, quarterly, annual sales, unit price, distribution and door productivity targets for each of the brand collections.
- Develops and adheres to effective call plan to achieve desired service frequency of customer visits, with a regularly visiting all customers on week rotation (with Diamond, Platinum, Gold and Silver priority coverage).
- Regularly visits customer to ensure brand visual merchandising - refreshes POS materials regularly along with board space to reflect brand positioning.
- Utilizes BI system to effectively manage the customer relationship and to enhance sales effectiveness;
- Builds strong working relationship at all levels within businesses you manage.
- Utilizes all brand materials to conduct regular customer trainings to reinforce knowledge and ensure message to the end-patient/ consumer is translated consistently with the brand positioning
- Remains current on trends affecting the business by understanding the competitive activity.
- Submits weekly & monthly sales report to sales leadership team in order to further develop and support growth strategies.
- Attends required corporate training sessions;
Main requirements:
- Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in related subject.
- 2+ years (min) of direct sales experience with proven track record of results;
- Must be able to carry sample bags while mission to province;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven sales performance and ability to increase revenues.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships.
- Strong visual merchandising background.
- Strong ability to problem solve background and anticipate challenges in advance while proposing solutions..
- Strong PC skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Significant and regular field time customers visit required with dependent on geography (up to 80% travel).
- Valid driver’s license and eligibility mission to province.
