We’re looking for an organised, execution driven, creative and brand obsessed Trade Marketing Specialist to drive and execute Trade Marketing initiatives for Oakley, Costa del Mar and Bliz across ANZ.
Reporting to the Senior Brand Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the planning and execution of trade marketing campaigns, customer loyalty programs and customer activations for our Sports Performance Hubs (SPH) Brands within the Wholesale Channel.
You will deliver premium in store brand executions, elevate brand presence across all channels and categories including Eyewear, Apparel and Accessories. Ensuring our Brands are always top of mind, well presented and positioned to win in Sport, Optical, Lifestyle and Outdoor retail environments.
With strong project management skills, you will be responsible for ensuring flawless delivery of seasonal launches, Permanent Fixture installations, Trade Events, and POS execution - from concept through to installation.
This role combines, Trade Marketing, Project Management and Strategy and is ideal for someone who’s commercially minded, strong at storytelling, and enjoys bringing structure to fast-moving environments. You will have the opportunity to own end to end Trade Marketing activity within a fast paced, performance led environment, where Marketing meets commercial impact.
Your responsibilities
- Drive the development and execution of the Trade Marketing Calendar across all channels and categories, aligned to business objectives and brand priorities.
- Lead end-to-end project management of trade marketing campaigns and product launches, overseeing timelines, budgets, stakeholder communication and execution.
- Develop and implement trade incentive and loyalty programs to engage channel partners and accelerate sales across ANZ.
- Manage the production and rollout of POS, merchandising solutions, permanent fixtures and in-store activations to ensure premium brand visibility.
- Develop and execute co-op and key account marketing initiatives across Wholesale Sport, Optical and E-WHS channels.
- Partner cross-functionally with commercial, operations, brand, global teams and external agencies to ensure consistent and impactful brand execution.
- Track performance of campaigns and initiatives, monitor customer digital channels for brand compliance, and support budget management including forecasting and purchase order processing.
About You
- 3–5+ years’ experience in trade, channel, or retail marketing, ideally within eyewear, apparel, lifestyle, or FMCG.
- Strong project management skills - highly organised, deadline-driven, and able to manage shifting priorities.
- Deep understanding of premium brand execution, visual merchandising, and retail environments.
- Analytical and curious, using insights to solve problems and drive results.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and executional excellence.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Data-driven with ROI focus, reporting experience, and a proactive, collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.
