The Opportunity

 

This is a leadership role with real impact.

 

You’ll own two of our most important territories (NSW & VIC) driving sustainable growth, premium brand execution, and operational excellence across Oakley, Ray-Ban, and Bliz.

 

Leading a team of four Sales Representatives, you’ll bring strategy to life in the field—turning insight into action and partnerships into performance.

 

This is a field-based role requiring regular travel across NSW & VIC, with flexibility to align to a global business.

 

What You'll Do

 

Lead & Inspire

  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performance sales team
  • Build capability across selling, storytelling, and commercial acumen
  • Create a culture of accountability, ownership, and growth

 

Own the Territory

  • Deliver against revenue, distribution, and category targets
  • Execute a clear, insight-led Territory Business Plan
  • Maintain strong forecasting discipline and pipeline visibility

 

Drive Commercial Execution

  • Lead seasonal sell-in with compelling product and customer plans
  • Unlock sell-through through activation, training, and retail excellence
  • Identify risks early and act decisively

 

Build Strong Partnerships

  • Develop deep relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Support your team in negotiation and strategic account planning
  • Expand distribution while protecting brand integrity

 

Elevate the Brand

  • Ensure premium in-store execution aligned to Oakley standards
  • Partner with Marketing on VM, launches, and activations
  • Turn retail staff into brand advocates through training

 

Connect the Business

  • Act as the link between field and HQ
  • Translate market insights into commercial action
  • Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations

 

About You

  • 3–5+ years leadership experience in wholesale, sport, apparel, or lifestyle brands
  • Proven success managing multi-million-dollar territories
  • Strong capability in commercial planning, forecasting, and execution
  • Confident influencing at all levels
  • Highly organised, disciplined, and results-driven
  • Passionate about performance, innovation, and growth
