We are seeking an experienced SAP HR Functional Analyst to act as the HR technology subject matter expert across Australia and New Zealand, supporting our Retail and Professional Solutions divisions.
This is a hands-on role combining SAP HR Payroll configuration with UKG Workforce Pro expertise, partnering closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and global HR technology teams. You will play a key role in delivering stable, compliant HR systems while driving continuous improvement across HR processes and platforms.
Your responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and support SAP HR Payroll, including basic to intermediate configuration activities

Support and enhance UKG Workforce Pro, assisting with configuration, troubleshooting, and system improvements

Partner with HR and Payroll teams to gather requirements and deliver effective HR system solutions

Manage HR system changes from design through testing and deployment, including effort estimation and planning

Act as the primary contact for HRIS vendors and collaborate with global HR IT teams to ensure service delivery

Ensure compliance with AU/NZ payroll regulations, security standards, and change management processes
About you
- Strong skills in SAP HR configuration with a with a deep knowledge in Payroll, Time Management and Personnel Administration
- IT Degree or Equivalent Certification
- 8+ years in SAP HR solutions, with strong Payroll configuration skills
- Experience across multiple SAP HR sub-modules
- Hands-on experience with UKG Workforce Pro (configuration or implementation)
- 10+ years in IT project delivery and application support
- Experience in Retail environments and familiarity with Enterprise Agreements or Industry Awards is beneficial
