We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Project Coordinator to join our Project Management Team in North Sydney. In this role, you’ll support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across our Professional Solutions and Direct-to-Consumer channels. Working closely with project managers and cross-functional teams, you’ll help ensure projects stay on track, within scope, and on budget. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to develop a career in project management, with a clear pathway to progressing into a Junior Project Manager role.

 

Requirements for Success

  • Drive project coordination by managing timelines, resources, and key deliverables.
  • Keep projects on track by monitoring progress, flagging risks, and escalating issues as needed.
  • Prepare clear, impactful project documentation, including reports, presentations, and governance updates.
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, ensuring follow-ups and actions are completed.
  • Support risk and change management processes to maintain smooth project execution.
  • Collaborate with vendors, procurement, and finance teams to streamline purchasing and invoicing.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment.
  • Work closely with Project Managers to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget

 

Skills & Experience

  • Qualification in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination/administration
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite including intermediate Excel skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Project Management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello)
  • Ability to build relationships internally and externally with key stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
  • SAP experience (advantageous yet not essential)
