EssilorLuxottica is seeking energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Support team on a permanent full-time basis. As a key part of our customers’ journey, you’ll deliver a world-class experience by handling inbound calls, responding to emails and social media enquiries, and providing seamless end-to-end support.
You’ll be joining a vibrant, experienced team committed to quick, efficient resolutions and exceptional customer care.
Your responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer enquiries in a timely, and professional manner.
- Complete customer data updates and maintenance.
- Provide technical support by working with internal and external departments to resolve system issues.
- Assist in customer relationships, experiences and ongoing support, this includes B2B client base.
- Ensure compliance as per Essilor Luxottica’s work health and safety policies and procedures.
About you
- Excellent customer service experience from a retail, hospitality or call centre background.
- Natural communicator and solution focused.
- Initiative to 'think outside the box' to ensure best solutions for our customers.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office suite.
