The Audiology Operations Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the Head Office team to ensure the smooth operation of Audiology services. This position is responsible for providing operation, systems and administrative support to Audiology leadership, Product team and clinical teams, contributing to the delivery of high-quality and compliant audiology services across the business.

 

This postion is highly cross-functional, working closely with vendors, internal support teams and store teams to enable smooth clinic operations, new store launches and continuous improvement of audiology systems and processes.

 

Please note this is a 12 month FTC. 

 

Your responsibilities 

  • Provide operational and administrative support to audiology leadership, product team and clinical teams.
  • Oversee systems and workflows within Auditdata Manage (audiology PMS).
  • Manage vendor portals, manual, custom, and special orders efficiently.
  • Support with testing and Project tasks
  • Manage Hearing Services Program (HSP) portal administration and compliance processes.
  • Support new store openings, coordinating equipment, system and key stakeholders

 

About you 

  • Experience in healthcare operations, clinic support or multi-site retail health environments
  • Operational coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with SAP is preferred
  • High attention to detail with strong documentation and process improvement capability
  • Confident communicator and able to work with clinicians, corporate teams and external partners
  • Analytics mindset and data drive approach
  • Comfortable working in a fast-growing, evolving service environment
