This is a rare leadership opportunity for an experienced Optometrist who is passionate about developing others, influencing at scale and shaping the future of eyecare.

As our Country Eyecare Manager, you'll be the clinical leader for New Zealand, partnering closely with Optometrists, retail leaders and support teams to ensure we deliver industry-leading eyecare experiences to every customer, every day.

You'll spend time coaching and mentoring Optometrists in-store, driving professional development, supporting the rollout of new technology and ensuring best-practice clinical standards across the network.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead and inspire New Zealand's Optometry community to deliver exceptional clinical care and customer experiences
Coach, mentor and develop Optometrists through regular in-store support and clinical guidance
Drive clinical excellence, quality assurance and best-practice standards across the networkSupport the rollout and adoption of new eyecare technologies and innovation initiatives
Partner with Retail Regional Managers and retail teams to strengthen customer outcomes and business performance
Ensure Optometrists remain at the forefront of clinical knowledge, diagnosis and treatment practices
Act as a trusted stakeholder across operations, product and support teams
Champion customer insights and feedback to continually improve our services

What You'll Bring

Bachelor or Doctor of Optometry qualification
Current registration to practice in New Zealand4+ years' experience in Optometry
Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring capability
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
Commercial awareness combined with a genuine customer-first mindset
A passion for developing others and driving clinical excellence
A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly throughout New Zealand
