GENERAL FUNCTION
Leads and oversees the Fleet Execution – Logistics and Repairs and Maintenance functions within the Fleet team. Responsibilities include the development and execution of all logistics and IT scheduling, supplies ordering and improvements, and integration of new and future brand initiatives into Fleet projects and existing store processes and procedures. This role is also responsible for the successful execution of Repairs and Maintenance projects, store closures, and special projects.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Fleet Initiatives - Project Execution
- Lead and deliver the annual fleet plan, managing all activities to open, close, remodel, refresh or relocate a store within the same property or market, and discretionary projects. Scope includes all logistics, communications, and field execution from project start to completion Represent the voice of the field by maintaining a working knowledge of store operations, RxO, and field execution
- Effectively leads and executes remote and special projects as needed
- Track progress to desired outcomes; identify and address risks to timelines for areas of responsibility
- Control field execution and adherence to scope, budget, and timelines on all fleet projects
- Analyze and develops operating standards, processes and procedures to execute all fleet projects supported by well-documented process maps, manuals, escalation paths, key point of contacts, and online resources
- Identify key brand partners including Nextore, VM, and IT to deliver the fleet plan and holds them accountable to key dates and service levels
- Identify new ways to reduce project timelines, improve overall efficiencies, minimize open issues, and maximize sales by reducing overall impact to the business. Influence cross-functional partners to implement optimized best practices
- Support For Eyes fleet strategy, including on-site support for new stores, relocations, and remodels
- Logistics
- Responsible for overseeing all Logistics; supplies ordering, OD orders, RxO orders led by the Manager Logistics.
- Store Repairs & Maintenance
- Responsible for overseeing the Repairs and Maintenance function and vendor partnerships
- Maximize expense and capital budget dollars by prioritizing discretionary foundational excellence work orders, HVAC, and security devices
- Review overall condition of the stores through Fleet Survey to determine stores eligible for refreshes or remodels
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years operations and management experience
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to lead upward and influence decision-making at the For Eyes' leadership and executive levels
- Ability to anticipate and manage issues; bring authority and influence to the team; be able to leverage lessons learned from past experiences.
- Excellent prioritization skills with clear focus on results
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong computer skills including Word, Excel (complex spreadsheets) and Power Point
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Store Opening experience
- Masters of Business Administration
Pay Range: 119,535.00 - 169,011.00

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
