GENERAL FUNCTION
The People Transformation Manager supports initiatives that improve employee experience, drive operational efficiency, and enable organizational agility. Reporting to the People Transformation Director, this role works closely with HRBPs, Talent, and business teams to help implement change strategies, support org design efforts, and coordinate transformation programs across the enterprise.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with the People Transformation Director to support the delivery of transformation programs aligned to business and workforce goals.
- Oversee project plans and track milestones for key change initiatives across multiple functions.
- Manage the design and documentation of org structures, governance models, and role frameworks to improve clarity and efficiency.
- Conduct research and benchmarking to inform organizational design and workforce strategies.
- Lead process improvements by redesign business processes for efficiency, supporting the elimination of redundancies and identifying automation opportunities.
- Work with HRBPs and the Talent team to support workforce planning, role scoping, and talent assessments.
- Use data and reporting tools to track KPIs and help measure the impact of transformation efforts.
- Monitor HR and org design trends to propose new ideas that enhance ways of working.
- Prepare materials for senior stakeholders including presentations, org charts, and reporting packages.
- Gather feedback and input from employees and leaders to inform ongoing transformation improvements.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in HR, organizational development, transformation, or project management.
- Solid understanding of org design principles, change management, or process improvement.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder communication skills.
- Comfortable working with data, Excel, and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint).
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities across teams.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working in a large matrixed or global organization.
- Consulting, HRBP, or transformation team experience.
Pay Range: 101,132.80 - 142,297.60

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
