We are seeking an experienced and detail‑driven manager to lead our portfolio of subscription and payment programs across ANZ.
This role is ideal for a process‑minded, analytically strong professional who can balance operational excellence with strategic improvement. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, IT and external partners to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement of our subscription and payment programs.
Your Responsibilities

Own and manage the performance and strategy of Vision Plan, Humm and Q Card programs.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience, financial accuracy and operational efficiency.

Analyse data and performance metrics to optimise pricing, plan design, retention and revenue growth.

Partner with Commercial and Operational teams to support prioritisation, investment decisions and platform improvements.

Oversee end-to-end operational processes including billing, subscriptions, voucher management and settlements.

Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of billing, payment and subscription-related issues.

Provide reporting and insights to senior stakeholders, identifying risks and opportunities to improve performance.
About You
- A strategic thinker with strong commercial and analytical capability.
- Comfortable balancing strategic initiatives with hands‑on operational responsibilities.
- Process‑driven, structured and passionate about continuous improvement.
- Confident leading escalations, supporting frontline teams and ensuring operational excellence.
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with billing/payment platforms (Zuora, Adyen, SAP ideal).
- Proven experience in subscription management, payment programs or financial operations.
