GENERAL FUNCTION

The Supply Chain Analyst performs data mining and analysis to uncover operational and customer targets to improve margin, reduce costs and deliver products to our customers. The Supply Chain Analyst develops, analyzes and presents solutions through collaboration with internal departments such as planning, operations, business systems/IT, and engineering. The Supply Chain Analyst interfaces with all levels of business professionals within the organization.

 

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Builds and leverages relationships with functional leaders and internal business partners to deliver optimal supply chain solutions.
  • Provides analytical and system support for the development, implementation & management of strategies, policies and procedures.
  • Assists in developing business tools and processes to capture and monitor metrics for supply chain processes.
  • Regularly analyzes supply chain data to ensure key performance indicators are met in order to develop and lead new processes, procedures and corrective actions.
  • Generates and monitors workflow to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Develops quantitative supply chain, operational and customer solutions through collaboration with internal and external organizations.
  • Regularly analyzes data and makes recommendations for process improvements.
  • Coordinates and implements warehouse, transportation, and supply chain best practices.
  • Acts as the main point of contact and liaison between Operations and Planning.
  • Conducts ad-hoc analyses.
  • Reports KPIs to leadership team weekly.
  • Manages projects.
  • Provides leadership to Planning/Simulation team.

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems)
  • 2+ years related work experience
  • Strong project management and communication skills (verbal, written)
  • Strong problem solving skills, proven ability to identify and resolve problems
  • Highly organized and process oriented with an ability to excel in a fast paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint
  • Self-Starter; team player
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

  • SAP Warehouse Management

 

Pay Range:   - 77,312.50 

This posting is for an existing vacancy within our business. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
