Your role
We are looking for a WHS Sport Channel Product Strategy Assistant to join our team and inject fresh energy into connecting product strategy with consumer needs and business opportunities – you will look after eyewear, goggles & helmets categories across several brands (including Oakley and Bliz).
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and quantitative skills with a genuine passion for products, the sports industry and emerging trends. You will play a key supporting role in transforming product insights into business impact, ensuring our collections align with diverse consumer profiles, reflect the brand identity, and deliver strong market performance.
By leveraging data-driven insights and market feedback, you’ll help shape product strategies that excite customers, drive engagement, and fuel growth.
Main responsibilities:
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, sales performance, and product adoption trends to use for your analysis and to present to your managers/broader team;
- Analyze adoption and performance of new product introductions (NPIs) across key product categories (eyewear, goggles, helmets and wearables) and different brands (Oakley, Bliz, Costa, Ray-Ban, EA7 and Moncler);
- Gather product feedback from main stakeholders to ensure potential for future product collections;
- Provide 3-month sales forecasts on eyewear and monitor prebook performance on goggles and helmets, ensuring constant alignment with Planning team for an accurate and timely delivery;
- For each new collection, prepare the updated set of sales tools needed for the subsidiaries to sell the products (i.e. catalogues, order forms, visual decks, etc etc.);
- Present new products to subsidiaries and local teams, as well as to strategic key accounts if necessary;
- Support SMU (Special Make-Up) product creation for specific customers, ensuring market fit and business opportunities;
- Collaborate cross-functionally with different departments and regions to ensure a strategic alignment on product collection and to guarantee that actual product needs are delivered to the market;
- Provide actionable, data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and maximize business growth initiatives in the WHS Sport Channel.
Main requirements:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; comfortable working with large datasets and turn numbers into critical thinking.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP BusinessObjects or BI tools is a plus.
- Excellent written and spoken English; French or Spanish are a plus.
- Previous internships in product or marketing is highly valued.
