YOUR ROLE:

As part of the management of the company’s global network of office and showroom assets, the selected candidate will be responsible for handling real estate projects such as lease renewals, relocations, sales, or acquisitions of the group's properties. 

In parallel, with the aim of creating new strategic tools to support business decisions, few “Transformation projects” will be in scope. The perimeter of these projects will cover all the assets of the company: Retail, Office&Showroom, Industrial 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITES:  

• Analyzing the business rationale in collaboration with local teams, 

• Understanding and aligning real estate projects with the overall office strategy, 

• Organizing and leading meetings with various stakeholders, 

• Conducting detailed financial analyses, 

• Performing market benchmarking of real estate values to gain a comprehensive understanding of each case, 

• Providing well-informed recommendations based on in-depth assessments 

• Collaborate with our Local real estate collegues to collect the business requirements for the new tools 

• Work with IT and consultants with a Project Manager approach to drive implementations of the new tools 

This role requires strong analytical abilities and a proactive approach to drive changes. 

The selected candidate will need to develop positive working relationships with functional partners across Global Business Units and Real Estate functions to foster a collaborative working environment with the goal of becoming a trusted advisor. Curiosity and proactive approach will be much appreciated. 

MAIN REQUIREMENTS: 

• Educational Background in Economics or Engineering 

• First experience in a real estate company managing properties (nice to have) 

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a track record of execution against deliverables 

• Sound judgment and independent decision-making are required 

• Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment and prioritize projects accordingly 

• Attention to detail and time- and project management skills 

• Rigor, flexibility, and openness to change
