Group Product & Marketing Assessment Day

We are seeking motivated talents to join us at HQ Corporate-Milan to participate in our Group Assessment Day dedicated to our Group Product & Marketing positions. Main responsibilities:
We are looking for candidates in these Product & Marketing macro-areas:
Brand Management and Communications: You will have the opportunity to actively contribute to the development and execution of brand strategies, from product positioning to communication activities, working on global brands from ideation to implementation. You will be involved from Day 1 in projects aimed at strengthening brand equity and consistency across markets.
Strategic Product Management: you will have the chance to support the product manager to define brand product strategy and consequent execution, partnering with brand in license or house brand.
Marketing Analytics: You will have the chance to support global marketing strategy through business and performance analysis across different distribution channels and regional markets.
Portfolio Brand Management: You will have the opportunity to support the management and performance optimization of a portfolio of brands across different markets. You will contribute to weekly and monthly business analyses, deep dives on products and brands, and the development of 360° recovery or growth plans.
Main requirements:
- Educational Background: International Business; Management; Marketing; Economics; Communications
- Mandatory: proficient in English and Italian
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- Problem solving skills
- Team working skills
- Good knowledge of brand and product across Fashion&Luxury industry
