The aim of the job is to lead the integration of material masterdata for a recently acquired Retail Banner. The project is highly strategic, having this banner its own process and system and being required a fit-to-core approach.

Main challenges for the role will be dealing with multiple material masterdata models and systems, finding the best way to coordinate them all on a process and system point of vue. The target is the full mapping and the consequent redesign of the entire existing flow across the existing systems, identifying priorities, roadblocks and system developments needed, while interacting in a complex network of stakeholders.

We’re looking for highly motivated people who takes on challenge with passion and great orientation to results, a solid experience in process mapping and project management (IT projects), and with an open-minded approach so to smoothly relate and act in a dynamic and international environment.



  • Process and activities mapping: map the entire end-to-end flow for material masterdata, deeply understand the relationship between corporate and local masterdata, analyze and keep into account the impacts on downstream processes that use product data, map and understand the systems architecture, identifying critical points for the integration
  • New process design, defining the target landscape in terms of activities and ownerships; this requires a creative approach to review them, segregating roles while building a solid coordination process
  • System developments and new functionalities design, working on system requirements, identifying developments that could enhance and facilitate the way of working, coordinating with IT and consultants for the real deployment (including testing phase)
  • Roll out adoption in the subsidiaries, promoting openness and a positive approach to this change management
  • KPI monitor: define KPI to track activities progress and monitor the productivity
  • Participate to evolution and integration streams, bringing valuable contribution to the discussions
