Your role:

The Global Media Manager will be responsible for leading the media process of the Nuance Brand globally.

She/He will be in charge of leading media strategy development, campaigns planning, implementation, buying and measurement for Nuance.

 

 

Main responsibilities:

  1. Development of the global media strategy and the media plans consistently with the brand and business objectives.
  2. Planning, implementation, optimization, and measurement of integrated media plans.
  3. Development, Implementation and optimization of programmatic media campaigns in our management business tools.
  4. Management and execution of end-to-end campaign planning, from concept through to optimization and reporting.
  5. Collaboration with key internal stakeholders: global and local marketing teams, retail, e-commerce, content, PR & social teams to develop the 360° communication plan
  6. Ensure the reporting of the campaign KPIs and performance and implement the measurement plan to assess the impact of the activations.
  7. Manage the main media partners to develop bespoke media tactics, formats and measurement initiatives, to achieve the brand communication and media objectives. Test new formats, tactics and solutions.
  8. Lead media/content partnership projects.
  9. Prepare and share internal weekly meetings/updates and executive presentations.

INTERNAL Stakeholders : Global and local Marketing, Retail, Performance Marketing, Content, Social, PR, e-Commerce.

EXTERNAL Stakeholders: Media & Digital Owners/Vendors

 

 

Main requirements:

  • Strong project management and coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a really complex environment
  • Acute attention to detail and strong analytical and Synthesis skills
  • Capability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
  • Proactive attitude with a global mindset
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work both individually and in team with different cultures and region
  • Full competency on all media channels (digital, OOH, TV, radio, etc.) and ability to evaluate media plans based on the defined strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and traditional media.
  • Proficient in campaign management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Strong coordination skills to manage complex media plan/executions as well as a complex global organization structure
  • Solid analytical skills and ability to communicate results in a simplified manner.
  • Understanding of media research tools/models
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Italian Fluent
  • English Fluent
