Your role

 

We are looking for a Eyewear Go To Market Specialist who will join our Commercial Strategy team in Milan. In this role, you will play a key role in designing and developing Go-to-Market strategy, ensuring the successful timing of the product launches and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will gain hands-on experience managing different stakeholders and contributing to the overall success of the business working in an international environment.


Main responsibilities:

 

  • Design and develop global go-to-market strategy for Frames, Goggles, Apparel, Footwear & Accessories, Helmets, and Wearable categories, both Retail and Wholesale channels.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize strategies
  • Conduct business analysis and analyze trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Drive cross-functional alignment, ensuring Go-to Market plans execution
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to gather feedback and refine go-to-market strategies
  • Network interactions to align on the go-to-market calendar strategy: Commercial Strategy teams (Calendar execution, Pricing, Lenses strategy), Product Planning & Controlling team, Operations (Supply Chain & Planning), Brands teams
  • Regularly present Go-to-Market results, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership

Main requirements:

 

  • Educational Background: graduate from either Business / Economics / Management
  • 5+ years of experience in business strategy roles or product marketing
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills characterized by a high standing and the ability to engage effectively with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team player
  • Strong problem solving, strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Autonomous, organized, proactive and results-oriented
  • Ability to manage complex projects in a cross-functional context, to work in a fast-paced environment and influence teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear, concise, and compelling way
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent English speaker
