Your role
We are looking for a Senior Eyewear Designer who will lead the design and development of eyewear collections, ensuring alignment with brand DNA and market trends. Collaborate across departments to deliver innovative and high-quality products.
Main responsibilities:
- Creative Leadership: Define and lead the creative direction of collections, translating brand identity into compelling designs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with merchandising, product management, and R&D teams to ensure designs align with market needs and technical feasibility.
- Design Execution: Oversee the creation of sketches, prototypes, and technical drawings, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and competitor products to inform innovative design solutions.
- Approval Process: Lead collection approval meetings, ensuring cross-departmental alignment and final validation by the Brand.
Main requirements:
- Educational Background: Degree in fashion, industrial design, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 7-10 years in the eyewear or luxury/fashion industry, with a proven track record in leading design projects.
- Software Skills: Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; advanced knowledge of 3D rendering tools (e.g., Rhino, KeyShot).
- Portfolio: Please attach a comprehensive portfolio showcasing relevant work or provide a link to your online portfolio.
