Your role 

We are looking for an EHS Training & communication intern who will  ​


Main responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and deliver training programs aligned with business needs.
  • Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with managers and stakeholders.
  • Create effective and engaging training materials (presentations, e-learning modules, guides, videos).
  • Coordinate the training calendar, logistics, and participant communications.
  • Monitor training effectiveness through feedback and KPIs, driving continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement internal communication plans to support projects and initiatives.
  • Draft and edit content for internal communication channels.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging with company values and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and impact.
  • Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness and employee engagement levels.

 

Main requirements:

  • Thorough knowledge of principles and practices of training and development methods and techniques
  • Microsoft Office package (i.e. SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, Excel, PPT), photo and video-editing software is an asset
  • Knowledge of methods to identify training needs, reporting and evaluating results of needs assessments, and analyzing performance problems.
  • Ability to apply basic evaluation techniques.
  • Experience in web design and content production is a plus like also in copywriting and editing
  • Ability to exercise judgment, make decisions, establish professional contacts, and organize time with the appropriate supervision.
  • Good communication (oral and written) presentation skills, outstanding organizational and planning abilities
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Humanities, EHS, Communication & Marketing
  • English Level C1
  • Italian, French, others (nice to have)
