YOUR ROLE

As Program Manager, the primary objective is to oversee the direction and coordination of relevant stakeholders to facilitate the discovery, execution, and results monitoring of eCommerce projects. Ensuring strong alignment with business and technology partners is essential, along with the ability to negotiate with project stakeholders to shape the roadmap. Critical thinking and the ability to identify project risks and dependencies are crucial success factors.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• PROJECT DELIVERY

• Define stakeholders and project tasks to create a solid project plan
• Manage project updates and track deliverables
• Monitoring and reporting on project progresses, highlighting risks to project stakeholders and preventing potential threats

• Coordinate the execution of Project Deliverables and User Acceptance Test (UAT)

• Produce and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Facilitate knowledge sharing amongst stakeholders and among peers (other PMs)
• Monitoring and analysis of project results and performance

• PROJECT DISCOVERY

• • • (Support to) Project Requests Prioritization
    • Business Case collection and review
    • Project Discovery execution
    • Project Scope definition

• PROJECT ROADMAP

• (Support to) Collection and discussion of business pillars of growth
• (Support to) Collection of project proposals
• (Support to) Alignment with Business Leaders to produce a roadmap in line with goals and constraints

 MAIN REQUIREMENTS 

• PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE: 

• Adequate knowledge of Project Management methodologies (Waterfall vs Agile)
• Willingness to learn results-oriented approaches which contribute positively to generate business value
• Familiarity with project constraints such as scope, budget, schedule, and quality

• TIME MANAGEMENT:  

• Ability to prioritizing and to perform Costs & Benefits Analysis
• Time-management skills

• COMMUNICATION:  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to motivate people
• Ability to interact with multiple groups to gather information and gain consensus on goals

• ECOMMERCE KNOWLEDGE:  

• Digital Commerce specific experience (navigation, user experience, eCommerce principles)
• Ability to interpret a Business Case

• DELIVERY:  

• Management and diplomacy skills
• Ability to negotiate

• ATTITUDE 

• Positive, solutions-oriented attitude
• Critical thinking and problem solving. 

Educational Background: Master’s Degree in Management / Engineering or related.
