Your Role

As E-Commerce RX PM Intern, the primary objective is to oversee the direction and coordination of relevant stakeholders to facilitate the discovery, execution, and results monitoring of E-Commerce RX projects. Ensuring strong alignment with business and technology partners is essential, along with the ability to negotiate with project stakeholders to shape the roadmap. Critical thinking and the ability to identify project risks and dependencies are crucial success factors.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the RX Project Manager to collect all data related to prescription lenses and frames which are needed to launch these products on EssilorLuxottica websites WW.
• Create / update documents and help monitoring each phase of the launch process with respect of the timeline defined.
• Responsible of updating and maintaining accurate records of data from different sources in a back-end system within time limits.
• Responsible of producing analysis and reports about prescription lenses performances and share insights with multiple stakeholders.
• Help coordinating specific RX projects and work with multiple stakeholders, external and internal to the E-commerce team, in a dynamic context.  

Main Requirements 

• Educational Background: Master’s Degree in Management / Engineering or related.
• Project Management Experience: 
  • Adequate knowledge of Project Management methodologies (Waterfall vs Agile)
  • Willingness to learn results-oriented approaches which contribute positively to generate business value
  • Familiarity with project constraints such as scope, budget, schedule, and quality
• Time Management:  
  • Ability to prioritizing and to perform Costs & Benefits Analysis
  • Time-management skills
• Communication:  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to motivate people
  • Ability to interact with multiple groups to gather information and gain consensus on goals
• Ecommerce Knowledge:  
  • Digital Commerce specific experience (navigation, user experience, eCommerce principles)
  • Ability to interpret a Business Case
