Your role

As part of the Events Team, the Events Intern will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the development and delivery of corporate and commercial events, working closely with internal teams, external partners and suppliers, while also supporting event-related communications activities. The intern will contribute to the different stages of the event journey, from initial brief and concept development to production and on-site execution.

Main responsibilities:

• Support the development of event concepts, presentations and project guidelines
• Assist in the planning, production and execution of corporate and commercial events
• Support showroom set-ups, event installations and on-site activities
• Collect, consolidate and help interpret briefs and requirements from internal stakeholders
• Coordinate with external suppliers and partners on event services, materials and logistics
• Support hospitality, catering and guest experience activities
• Assist in the preparation and management of event materials and documentation
• Provide operational support during event set-up, execution and dismantling
• Support administrative activities, including filing, purchase documentation and basic accounting processes
• Collaborate with the Events Team and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely project execution
• Support event-related communications activities, including photo and video briefings and coordination with internal teams and external suppliers
• Contribute to the editorial strategy for the PR & Events Viva Engage internal community, supporting content creation, photo selection, and cross-team coordination.

Main requirements:

• University student or recent graduate, preferably in Events Management, Marketing, Communication, Business or a related field
• Strong interest in events, brand experiences and project management
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Creativity and sensitivity to content and visual communication
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
•  Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with different stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple activities and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken
• Flexibility and availability to provide on-site support during events when required

Salary Package

• 900 Eur Gross per month
