JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

The candidate in charge of this role will be responsible of the creative development of house brand and license brands, integrated Physical and Digital visibility Strategy (Seasonal and Permanent) as well as all Trade Marketing tools for the Wholesale Market.

The role is responsible to maximize the efficiency of development of massive tools responding to market needs, following new green approach and respecting timelines to meet GTM and markets specifies deadlines.

A creative and project management attitude towards Visual Merchandising is key to develop always new and up to date materials, together with the ability of understanding luxury eyewear WHS Market to better respond to different store environments.

 

He/she will need to:

- exploit his/her creative mindset to develop, together with a network of trusted agencies, high visibility executions in relevant Market and relevant timings to ideally boost Marketing campaign and seasonality (Sun/Optical).

- Track project progress against deliverables/milestones, issue status reports, and escalate breakdowns and issues as necessary

- Maintain Project Documentation (Master Data, Project Timeline ect)

- have a close relation with:

  • the Corporate Brand and BBM team so to be aligned with Brand Identity, Business and Marketing objectives and receive Brand assets for each campaign
  • WHS Regional team who will bring the voice of the market to the Creative team and monitor execution in store
  • Licenses Team
  • POP Supply Chain

 

 

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

  • Creativity briefs for materials design & related back and forth for final materials approval, integrating digital when possible, respecting and enhancing Brand identity and highlighting product.
  • Sustainability approach to create tools with sustainable and/or recycled materials.
  • Design a visibility calendar, respecting Brand ADV Campaigns and SUN/Optical seasonality.
  • Management and respect of timelines to ensure materials are on market in line with Brand Campaigns, products, peak season and market calendars.
  • Define brand budget guidelines to align coverage tools vs CRM rating doors with local bdgt and brand expectations.
  • Understand deeply markets and their needs with the aim to ensure suitable execution in line with the overall environment and corporate guidelines.
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders (Corporate Brand Team, Licence teams, POP Supply Chain, Procurement)
  • Manage Quartely Trade Marketing & Business Review with licences

 

 

NETWORK OF INTERACTION:

 INTERNAL : Corporate Brand team and Business brand manager team ; WHS Regional Team; POP Supply Chain Team; Procurement team.

EXTERNAL : Licences, Suppliers, Graphic/Creative Agencies.

 

 

TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE

  • Marketing (Communication, Brand Management, Product)
  • Visual Merchandising and Retail Store Experience
  • Expertise in Consumer Journey and Partnership programs
  • At least  5 years’ experience in a dynamic, ever changing and challenging environment
  • Project Management: highly organized at work, experience in managing multiple projects within a matrixed organization, highly oriented to results, creative problem solving and ability to work under strict timelines.
  • Communication: good experience in project presentations and interpersonal relationship, excellence in team working.
  • English proficiency is fundamental.
  • Economics, business development expertise, budget management.
  • Proficient in power point and excel.
  • Delivery of compelling synthetic documents for top management
  • Knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop and design software is a plus
