Your role

 

We are looking for a highly motivated Data Scientist to support the transformation of our Customer Service processes through advanced use of data, Machine Learning, and Generative AI. Working in an international team, the opportunity is to be part of a digital transformation project AI driven and full of transformation initiatives, mostly with generative AI technologies.
The selected candidate will contribute to the development of data-driven solutions aimed at improving quality, efficiency, automation, and predictive capabilities across Contact Centers and After Sales services. He/she must be comfortable in working with a wide range of stakeholders and functional teams. The right candidate will have a passion for discovering solutions hidden in large data sets and working with stakeholders to improve business outcomes and a strong problem solving attitude. The environment is dynamic with multiple priorities, but full of satisfaction in seeing quantifiable benefit and providing support to customers. 

 

 SKILLS:

  • Master’s or PHD in Statistics, AI engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or another quantitative field
  • Strong proficiency in Python and core libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow).
  • Experience with NLP models, LLMs, embeddings, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering techniques.
  • Experience working with Data Lake environments and SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Knowledge of orchestration and MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Airflow, Databricks, Docker).
  • Ability to analyze complex datasets and build predictive, classification, regression, and clustering models.
  • Familiarity with cloudbased data pipelines (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Experience with ChatGPT Enterprise / Azure OpenAI / Google Vertex AI.
  • Experience building AI agents or conversational automations.
