GENERAL FUNCTION

The Sr. Manager, Asset Protection owns Asset Protection of Atlanta facilities with direct report responsibility to the Director, NA Asset Protection Supply Chain. Develops and implements programs to ensure physical security systems; procedures and policies are effective in protecting Luxottica associates and merchandise. Supervises the Asset Protection staff in Atlanta, negotiates physical security contracts with vendors and managing physical security systems to include maintenance of the alarm, card access and CCTV systems. 

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meets regularly with RXO / Logistics Leadership within Atlanta to identify potential issues and create plans for added Asset Protection programs within Luxottica Atlanta Supply Chain Facilities
• Directly supervises all Asset Protection Managers / Supervisors and APC’s
• Administers Asset Protection Associates performance expectations and reviews
• Supports Field Asset Protection Managers with preliminary shipment theft investigations including conducting all external and internal investigations within facility
• Monitors Order Management System for the Supply Chain Facilities for fraudulent activity
• Monitors all burglar alarm systems for the Supply Chain Facilities
• Maintains the physical security of each facility by inspecting operational controls
• Audits & reviews Asset Protection paperwork to ensure operational readiness
• Researches and evaluates incidents originating from the Supply Chain Facilities
• Maintains and supports business leadership and vendor relationships throughout the facilities regarding areas of AP
• Maintains and supports business leadership and HR partners with associate development and engagement throughout the facilities
• Ensures that the Asset Protection equipment is secure and in good working order
• Coordinates the completion of projects assigned to the Supply Chain Asset Protection Team
• Develops and implements strategies to control losses within the Supply Chain Facilities
• Implements and revises Supply Chain Asset Protection Policy & Procedure Manual
• Creates leadership awareness reports for Luxottica Senior Management to show Asset Protection performance regarding loss and issue trends throughout Atlanta Supply Chain Facilities
• Improve facility Financial loss and Waste KPI’S
• Champion LiveSafe mobile application across facility and enrollment
• Conduct AP Surveys to focus on associate perception of security and safety within the facility

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice or related field.
• 8+ years Asset Protection experience with 3+ years supervisory experience
• Excellent communication, written and verbal
• Knowledge of basic computer office tools

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
