Key Responsibility Area(KRA)- For Vision Rx Lab

Designation- Manager-West Logistics(Domestic Business)

Location- Mumbai

Function in regard to outbound logistics:-

Handling couriers to ensure intime.
Evaluation of the performance of the couriers so that we can improve delivery faster.
Cost control of courier expenses.
Feedback of the customers in regard to delivery.

Process Improvement :-

System and Process improvement of both inbound and outbound logistics.
Standardisation of logistics flow.
Materialisation of the customer feedback
Coordination with cross functional dept.
Also bring down Logistics Expenses-both Fuel and Courier cost.
Improvement in Last mile Delivery.
Expansion of Network

Any other responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Reporting :-

Functional Reporting:- Manager-Operation(West)

Administrative Reporting:- Head-Logistics(Domestic Business)

Reported By :- All Logistics Executive & Delivery Boys of West Region in 10 locations.

Exp- 8-10yrs exp. In Logistics/Warehouse Industry

Qualification- Graduate with MBA-Logistics/Supply Chain or Engineering Background
