Job Title: Manager Finance – Commercial Accounting
Location: Kolkata, India

Your Role
The role will provide key insights to management for informed decision-making regarding the
company's financial performance, including profitability, cash flow, and operational efficiency. The
position is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting financial data from multiple sources to
generate comprehensive management reports and dashboards, while ensuring strong financial
governance and compliance.

Main Responsibilities
1.Controllership & Financial Governance
· Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes. Own
and deliver management reporting, including financial statements and performance
dashboards. Perform variance analysis for line items of PL by business segment versus prior
year and budget. Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and audit readiness across finance
operations Oversee end to end accounting processes, revenue recognition, GRN,
reconciliations, payables, receivables, Capex, Depreciation and inventory accounting. Drive
process improvements through automation, system enhancements, and policy
standardization.

2. Data Aggregation and Analysis
· Collect financial data from multiple systems, cleanse and standardize it to ensure accuracy
and consistency. Perform in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and performance
drivers. Driving standardization & automation of reports through ERP Ensuring the accuracy
and functionality of the financial management system, including data updates and system
upgrades.

3. Compliance & Audit
· Ensure statutory, internal Audits are completed smoothly within timeline. Ensure compliance
with applicable laws, regulations, and internal finance policies. Continuously strengthen the
internal control framework and governance standards.

C. Candidate Profile

Educational Background· Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University
· Qualified Chartered Accountant

Experience

· 5+ years and above working experience in FP&A, Sales controlling, Business controlling
· Pre-requisite experience in terms of responsibilities: -
· Must have India market experience, Analytical background, Exposure to work with business
teams, Strong presentation skills on PPT, Tech-savvy
· Hands-on experience in FP&A, Business Analysis, controlling

Industry experience from one or more of the following:
· Medical devices / Pharmaceuticals
· FMCG/ FMCD/Retail
· Manufacturing

D. Languages
· Proficient in English
· Multilingual skills are an advantage
