Job Title: Manager Finance – Commercial Accounting, Shamir Lens
Location: Bangalore – Bannergatta , India

Your Role
Overall responsible for Accounting, compliance , MIS reports of the legal entity. To lead stat audit,
tax audit , internal audits.

Main Responsibilities
· Coordination with GBS for accounting with proper GL, cost centre , location etc, and
Payments as per Payment cycle defined.
· Monthly Closing activities
· Monthly group reporting.
· Maintenance of monthly compliance tracker to monitor, GST, TDS, PF etc .
· Monthly preparation of Balance sheet schedules for review with management and group.
· Support business in annual budgeting and forecasting exercises.
· Working closely with IT for automation of various finance processes.
· Front Ending the Stat Audit and Tax Audit- Proven efficiency in both the audits compared to
previous timelines with support of management.
· Preparation of Financials for both Tax audit and Stat audit, .
· Any other report to be given to external agencies.

C. Candidate Profile
Educational Background
· Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University
· Qualified Chartered Accountant
Experience
· 5+ years and above working experience in Accounting and Audits both internal and statutory
audits
· Pre-requisite experience in terms of responsibilities: -
· Must have accounting and audit experience, Analytical background, Exposure to work with
business teams, Strong presentation skills on PPT, Tech-savvy
· Hands-on experience in FP&A, Business Analysis, controlling
· Industry experience from one or more of the following:
· Medical devices / Pharmaceuticals
· FMCG/ FMCD/Retail Or Manufacturing

D. Languages
· Proficient in English
· Multilingual skills are an advantage
