Your role

As a Commercial Excellence Business Analyst, Intern you will be supporting the Head of Commercial Excellence, North Europe on conducting sales efficiency and effectiveness analysis. Your primary responsibility will be to report on sales metrics in order to optimize the sales process and enhance overall performance to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction


Main responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure that sales representatives and managers adhere to company guidelines, policies, and objectives (Sales Incentive Plans)
  • Evaluate sales processes, strategies, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Performance Ad hoc commercial analysis (Partnership Program reporting)
  • Analyse individual and team’ sales performance data to assess effectiveness and efficiency
  • Identify key performance indicators and benchmarks to measure success across the region
  • Develop and propose targeted improvement strategies on GTM based on analysis findings (E.g. Events ROIs)
  •  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor improvement plans 2
  •  Generate regular reports on sales performance and improvement initiatives.

Main requirements:

  • Experience in data analysis and/or sales management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics and data analysis
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • BI tools knowledge
  • Experience in conducting sales audits and assessments
