Your role
We are looking for a Production Manager that is responsible for the end‑to‑end management of a highly complex production area characterized by fast-paced operations, evolving processes, and a challenging, constantly changing work environment. This role ensures the effective execution of all departmental activities, leading large teams both hierarchically and functionally while maintaining high standards of performance, quality, and safety.
Main responsibilities:
• Management of industrial KPIs (HSE, costs, quality, service level)
• Management of improvement plans
• Organization and optimization of the shift workforce.
• Ability to engage and guide staff functions towards department and plant objectives
• Collaborate with plant planning to develop industrial plans
• Management of department versatility
• Department communication and involvement
• Ability to collaborate effectively with plant union representatives
• Coordination of 3 shift managers, 3 department technologists, and 120 blue-collar workers
Main requirements:
• Master's degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering
• At least 4 years of experience in highly complex management and technical production environments
• Strong data analysis skills
• Problem solving

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
