Your role

We are looking for an HR Business Partner who will closely work with the Plant Hr Manager, acts as the primary HR reference point for the manufacturing plant, ensuring alignment between HR policies and operational needs. The role supports business objectives through effective people management, employee engagement in compliance with labor regulations.


Main responsibilities: 

  • HR KPIs: Monitor and analyze key indicators (absenteeism, turnover, labor cost, engagement) and propose corrective actions.
  • HR Processes: Support Compensation & Benefits and performance evaluation processes.
  • Training: Organize training sessions, manage onboarding, and coordinate development plans.
  • Union Relations: Manage interactions with RSU, schedule meetings, and follow up on agreements.
  • Disciplinary Management: Draft and manage disciplinary procedures in compliance with labor law.
  • Internal Communication: Promote engagement initiatives and plant-level communication projects.
  • Organizational Chart: Maintain and update organizational chart.
  • Recruitment: Manage white-collar recruitment and onboarding.
  • Daily HR activities: managing and update reports, one to one employee interviews, designing presentations and contribute to People Development initiatives.

 

Main requirements:

  • Previous experience (3+ years) in similar roles
  • Master Degree in Law, Economics, Psychology or related fields.
  • Knowledge of labor law and CCNL.
  • Proficiency in English and Italian.
  • HR KPIs analysis (absenteeism, turnover, involvement, labor cost).
  • Union negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication skills, problem-solving and adaptability.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
