Your role

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented professional to join our Sun Lenses Engineering team. In this role, you will coordinate, plan, and execute industrial mass‑production projects, leading cross‑functional teams to ensure the successful development and implementation of all resources, equipment, and processes needed to enable Sun Lens production at scale.
Reporting directly to the Industrialization Manager, you will collaborate closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including manufacturing engineering, supply chain, sourcing, legal, logistics, operations, finance, EHS, equipment suppliers, utilities providers, and local authorities.

Main responsibilities

• Project Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and delivery, ensuring they align with cost, quality, and timeline targets.
• Manufacturing Standards: Development and execution of new product and process introduction according to manufacturing standards, technological guidelines, production needs and in line with strategical business.
• Strategic Planning: In relation to supply chain guidelines, implement process and technologies for expanding manufacturing, distribution, or service footprints to meet corporate growth objectives. 
• Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators to measure the success and efficiency of projects
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with various internal and external teams to achieve projects goals.

Main requirements: 

• A bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, such as mechanical, material, chemical or a related technical field is required. 
• English and Italian proficiency
• At least 5-10 years of experience in Industrialization, Technical role
• Experience in project management, and working within relevant industrial stakeholders is beneficial. 
• Technical know-how in sun lens mass production is a further beneficial.
• Good in CAD or related software
• Good communication skills
• Strong problem solving skills
