• Acquire a thorough working knowledge of lens products as well as develop all necessary professional selling skills.
• Maintain and develop relations with customers and provide them with commercial and technical service as well as promotes goodwill of the organization.
• Identify key customers and keep updated records of all customers and potential customers.
• Plan the itinerary and customers’ visits and reports in advance to supervisor/manager on a weekly basis.
• Respond to all customers’ problems on products, delivery, documents, etc.
• Be in charge of sale target
• Learn about competitors, report to the manager
• Weekly/monthly report to Manager
• Other tasks assigned by Manager.
