The Supply Chain MP Transformation Manager plays a critical role in optimizing and enhancing supply chain operations. This position is responsible for leading and coordinating transformation projects, managing cross-functional teams, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive efficiency, streamline processes, and support continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end supply chain projects, from initial planning through successful execution and completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Design and implement strategies aimed at enhancing overall supply chain performance and efficiency.
• Monitor project milestones and deliverables, providing regular updates and performance reports to senior management.
• Drive supply chain transformation initiatives across key functions such as planning, product transfers, warehousing, customer service, and IT system implementations (e.g., ELECTRA).
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures, while actively supporting internal and external audits, including ISO, OHSAS, and other regulatory standards.

Must have:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in supply chain management, transformation projects, or project management.
• Strong expertise in inventory management, project management, process control, planning, and driving continuous supply chain improvement.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Oracle planning tools or SAP is highly advantageous.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
