The Senior Process Engineer is responsible for ensuring, promoting, and reinforcing expertise in technologies, processes, products, equipment sourcing, and organizational practices. This includes supporting and sharing knowledge internally across global mass production operations and engineering entities

  • Contributing to global engineering projects and initiatives.
  • Providing regular project updates and reporting to customers and stakeholders.
  • Gathering and analyzing the needs of customers and stakeholders to define project requirements.
  • Leading brainstorming and ideation sessions to foster innovation and problem solving.
  • Generating and proposing new ideas and innovative solutions.
  • Continuously developing technical skills through technical watch and external benchmarking.
  • Troubleshooting and providing production line support to ensure proper process implementation.
  • Managing relationships with internal stakeholders, including laboratories and mass production plants.
  • Participating in the industrialization of the new products and processes
  • Supporting the deployment of new products and processes as a project team member or project manager
  • Initiating new ideas and innovations propose breakthrough idea through innovation card & investigate the feasibility through development process.
  • Ensuring effective daily communication across all involved entities.
  • Contributing to the development and capitalization of technical expertise within worldwide department.

Must have

  • Master Degree in Mechanical, Chemical or any related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in process or industrial engineering, Plastic injection process, injection manufacturing or injection molding
  • Knowledge in equipment, fundamentals of mechanical and electrical system design
  • Knowledge in lean method/process
  • Good presentation skill, project management, process control and statistical analysis
  • Strong on analytical skills, problem solving methodology (8D, fishbone), six sigma
  • Good command of English both written and spoken
