Position: Project Manager – BPO (Business Process Optimization)

Location: Lad Krabang/Bangkok, Thailand

The Project Manager – BPO will lead and coordinate regional initiatives to optimize business processes within the Supply Chain function. This role ensures seamless execution of ERP change requests, new product and offer launches, and continuous improvement projects, supporting operational excellence and sales growth while maintaining cost efficiency.

1. ERP Functional Change Requests (FCRs) Management

Lead and coordinate regional ERP/LMS change request activities, including:

Collecting and analyzing ERP change requests from regional stakeholders.
Validating feasibility and alignment with business priorities.
Collaborating with regional leaders and IT teams to support implementation.
Monitoring project progress and ensuring timely delivery of approved FCRs.

2. New Product Launch Coordination (Regional)

Manage and support the launch of new products (e.g., Lenses, Complete Pairs) across the APAC region by:

Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to plan go-to-market activities.
Ensuring supply chain readiness and alignment with launch timelines and requirements.

3. New Offer Launch Coordination (Regional)

Oversee the operational rollout of new commercial offers and flows, including:

Ensuring smooth integration of new offers into existing supply chain processes.
Aligning with commercial teams to support promotions and market strategies.

4. Continuous Improvement (CI) Projects

Identify opportunities for supply chain optimization.
Lead and execute CI projects using Lean/Kaizen methodologies.
Drive efficiency improvements and cost reduction initiatives.

5. Performance Measurement & KPI Deployment

Implement and track key process KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
Monitor metrics such as:
- Backorder rate
- Missing at picking
- Offshore orders integration rate
Provide insights and recommendations for operational enhancements.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience

3–5 years in project management, supply chain, or business process optimization.
Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is preferred.

Skills

Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical and structured problem-solving mindset.
Familiarity with Continuous Improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
