Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently for 2 areas in Bangkok and Laos. 

• Collecting, calculating, and entering data to maintain and update payroll information 

• Compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages and reporting on this 

• Keep track of hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc. 

• Determining payroll liabilities by calculating employee income, social security taxes, employer's social security, provident fund, employee shares, and worker’s compensation payments 

• Resolving payroll discrepancies 

• Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures 

• Prepare reports for upper management, finance department etc. 

• Developing ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed 

• Administer statements of payment to personnel either electronically or on paper 

• Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors 

• Performs other related duties and transversal projects as assigned 

• Take the lead in Payroll projects related. 

• Involve in C&B Topics as per needed. 

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as payroll specialist in manufacturing environment. 

• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices including personal income tax scheme for expatriate 

• Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field 

• Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of relevant software and databases. 

• Direct experience with SAP PAYROLL is a MUST. 

• Good communication skills in English 

• BSc/BA or up in related field
